I earned a Masters in Existential & Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University. Additional post-graduate training includes trauma recovery, attachment disruptions, Somatic Experiencing, Life Span Integration, and Focusing.
Clinical experience includes individual psychotherapy in private practice and through the Psychotherapy Cooperative; work with children and families at Highline West Seattle Mental Health, grief support services with Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland.
Areas of special interest include grief, depression, anxiety, trauma work, solution-focused and mindfulness practices. In the interest of continued growth personally and professionally, I consult regularly with other clinicians and pursue ongoing education.
I currently work with individuals seeking to reduce distress and suffering, and to increase life meaning and satisfaction.
